The Client Services Manager plays a vital role in ensuring smooth communications, positive client and tenant experiences, and efficient operations.
Bobby is responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries and assisting the Property Manager with tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and property owner onboarding. This position serves as a primary point of contact while ensuring support of our ongoing client relationships and oversees the day to day operations for both sales and property management.
Coming from a building background as a former TN contractor from 2008 to 2024, Bobby uses that experience to field many requests and repairs for our Property Management division owners and tenants. Building many houses in our surrounding community leads to his insight of getting things done in an efficient manner.
This community has always been home base for Bobby and his two sons. Raising his boys is first and foremost on his mind all the time.
