This has been I think the absolute best buying experience that a person could ever want. The opportunity fell into our lap to purchase as soon as we did, we were looking at next year but that's a different review. Chasity is above phenomenal, your time is her time, we looked at 16 houses in 2 days. Chasity has the patience of a saint and stays with a smile on her face. We sent her out criteria along with some houses that we picked and she verified each one and made sure it would be worth our time. In the end we purchased new construction but looked at 12 existing homes and again, Chasity was more than happy to walk and drive and entertain until we were happy and excited. She's a no pressure realtor and you can tell she loves what she does. I will recommend her services to anyone that I see or hear of wanting to buy/sell a home. There's not enough good that I can say about her and the experience that we had. Again, she will be my go to for future personal or anyone else that I can recommend her to for real estate services. She was very thorough and accurate throughout the whole process of securing our new house. Chasity was prompt and responsive to all of our concerns or questions we had.

We loooooved working with Chasity Tucker ?! My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home. Chasity was referred to us by our lender, and he told us that she would treat us like family. Chasity lived up to every bit of that statement. Chasity had excellent communication with us and responded quickly to all text messages, phone calls, and emails. She answered all of my endless questions and was very patient with us, even when we were sending her long lists of houses we were interested in viewing. Chasity very quickly picked up on what style of homes my husband and I liked and was able to find homes that met those standards. Even after my husband and I found a home we liked, I was on the fence about whether or not I wanted to fully commit to making an offer because it was on the higher end of our budget and the house did not have a fence, which we needed for our dogs. Chasity was able to ease my fears and even was able to negotiate with the seller to provide a fence and more sellers concessions. If you are in the market to purchase a new home, do yourself a favor and use Chasity Tucker; you will not be disappointed. We weren't, and we will 100% use her again..

So I don’t even know where to begin to let you know how much Chasity helped me in purchasing my home. Two months ago I was only in a market to possibly rent a house with an option to buy. Chasity said why rent when you can buy and the search began. From beginning to end Chasity was magnificent. Everything was explained thoroughly and any question I had she was able to answer. This was my first homebuying experience and she made it a joy. Chasity is hands down the only realtor I would use or recommend in middle TN! After having a pretty bad real estate experience we found Chasity when we were in a big pickle. She worked absolute magic to help us! She helped us sell our house and helped us purchase a new home and was amazing on both sides! Her marketing and professionalism was stellar on selling our house. She was very communicative and did everything she could to find the perfect buyers for our house. Her photographer and marketing ideas were honestly above and beyond every expectation! As for the purchasing a home she again was amazing! She went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure the whole transaction went well. Even when we all thought things might go south (which was 100% not her fault) she still found a way to make everyone happy and get the deal closed. When she says she will fight for you she means it! Chasity truly cares about her clients and it shows. She is the hardest working Realtor I’ve met and there is no one else I would trust with my largest asset! 100% would recommend and would definitely go back to her for any real estate needs!
